authors you should check out

I have made a lot of author friends in the last few years.  I also plan on doing a few interviews and book reviews in my “spare” time (like any of us have that?), so I wanted a place to gather links to their internet homes so you could find out more about them and get links to their books.  I’ll start with folks I’ve read, and move on to folks on my reading list.  A lot of these will be fellow Creativia authors.

K.B. Wagers

I’ve known Katy for a long time and I’ve watched her grow as a writer.  She is the author of the Indranian War series which begins with Behind the Throne and continues in After the Crown.  The third in the series Beyond the Empire is due out this fall.

Susan-Alia Terry

I met Susan some eight or nine years ago now, through a mutual friend. We shared a love of music and words and enjoyed a few nights of comfortable chaos out on the town in Portland, Oregon.  I was delighted when her first book came out and can’t wait for the next one.  Susan writes about Lucifer and vampires and other strange folk in her book Coming Darkness.

Richard M. Ankers

Richard is a fellow Creativia author, who writes vampire stories, among other things…so you know I had to give his work a go.  He is the author of the Eternals series, an interesting tale of the end of the world as seen through the eyes of the only creatures left on it, vampires.  The first of these is The Eternals, followed by Hunter Hunted and followed up with the latest, Into Eternity.

Mari Collier

Mari is a fellow Creativia author as well.  She writes science fiction and collections of short stories that cross genre.  I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read, and have several of her novels on my kindle waiting for me to get to them.  Her work includes the Chronicles of the Maca, a six book series, as well as the Twisted Tales series, which is her collections of short stories.

Chris Tetreault-Blay

Another Creativia author, my first exposure to Chris’ writing was a story he submitted for the upcoming anthology.  Chris writes dark horror stories that I will be reading very soon.  Currently, he has two books out in his The Wildermoor Apocalypse series, as well as House of Courtenay.
